This listing is for items that you are purchasing in preorders with the option to get it blank or monogrammed!
Please be sure to list thread color preferences, and check your spelling. Upon check out please select local pick up and it should provide you with the address, you can drop those items off in the bins provided out front just be sure it is labeled with your name from the order.
Monograms should be listed : First initial, Last initial, Middle initial
If you select an appliqué we will need to pick a fabric, please list a phone number, email or contact method.
The add a design is for items you would like to have something more than just a name or monogram added to-- note the price is inclusive to most all designs in our library but we reserve the right to give custom prices for custom design request/ creations due to increased time and skills required to create those.

Shipping
Shipping time varies at peak times of the year, please refer to the banner at the top of the home page for that info but in general items typically are ready in 7-10 business days!

Returns
Due to the general nature of items being personalized, unless it is our mistake personalized items are not eligible for return. However, if you are unhappy with your item please email us so we can try to make it right if possible!
